We are all unique but some of our key characteristics can be shared with others. Working together, we'll be able to access MBTI assessments; Strong Interest Inventory for career exploration and the FIRO and Thomas Kilman instruments for organizational teams. As a certified MBTI practitioner, I can facilitate your access to these and a wide variety of others. (I am pleased to offer any of these assessments at an attractive introductory rate for my first few customers.)
After you have completed your assessment, we will confer (in-person meetings not available during the pandemic) to carefully consider the test results for validity based on your experience. We should then understand what energizes you, how you experience the world, how you make important decisions and how you engage with the outside world.
At that point, depending on your preference, I can help you integrate your new insights into setting new goals and developing an action plan or I can simply provide you with directions to a wealth of resources to enrich your journey from there.
When you are confident that this process has clearly identified key ways that you interact with yourself and with the world, you can consider your next steps.
